Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns/exchanges may be subject to a restocking and/or processing fee. Any applicable fees, along with return instructions, will be communicated once your request has been reviewed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
To initiate a return request, please contact Chair Care directly, and include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.Â
Exchange Process Â
If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.Â
Refunds Â
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Â
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos if possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
